How do I manage multiple stores from Poynt HQ using the same email address?

If you have more than one store, you can manage them all by simply having the same login user set up for all of them.

Your Reseller/MSP will send you a welcome email to activate each of your accounts. Sign up for each account using the same email.

Contact us at support@poynt.co if you haven't received your welcome email.

Follow the instructions in the welcome email, and set up your Poynt HQ accounts.

Now that you have set up your accounts in Poynt HQ, you can sign in anytime to review your transactions, settlements, reports, etc. 

Use the same email across all your accounts to easily switch from one store to another. In Poynt's dashboard, you will find your store name on the top right hand side corner.

When you click on your store name, a drop-down menu will list all of your online stores. Click on the store you wish to view.

Note: If you do not see all your stores listed here, this means they have not been associated with your email yet.  Please contact us at support@poynt.co to get them added.
