How do I request access to Poynt HQ?

Poynt HQ lets you manage your business where and when you like. View reports, real-time statistics, or set up a new user on Poynt HQ 

Resending Welcome Email

After placing an order for your Poynt device, you will receive a welcome email that will prompt you to create a Poynt HQ login. Simply click on the link in that Welcome email and create a password.

If you have misplaced the Welcome email, reach out to support@poynt.com to have the Welcome email resent to you.  You can then complete the setup of your Poynt HQ.

Note: Our engineers recommend using a Chrome browser with Poynt.net. They use it, and that's what they test changes in. They don't recommend Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.

Resetting forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password, simply click the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page:

You will be prompted to enter in your email address to receive instructions on how to reset your password.

NOTE:  The email address MUST be the same as the one initially used to purchase and onboard the Poynt device.
