How do I use the Virtual Terminal?

Virtual Terminal allows you to process payments when you don't have access to your GoDaddy Poynt device.  Access it from the Merchant Portal or from the HQ mobile app.

To access Virtual Terminal in the Merchant Portal

Log into the portal and click on the Virtual Terminal link. 

You will see the Virtual Terminal button next to your active terminals.

To access Virtual Terminal on mobile app

Step 1: Go to More on the Home Screen of HQ app

Step 2: Click on Terminals and choose the Terminal to associate the transaction with.

Step 3: Tap on Card Entry.

Step 4: Choose "Card Not Present".

Step 5: Choose type of Transaction and enter in credit card info.

Tap Charge once information is entered in.

These transactions will be part of your regular settlements and will show up in your Transactions list.
