If you are processing via Poynt, when you receive your funds is dependent on what time your close of business is set for. We offer 4 different close of business times (all Pacific).
- 5:00 am PST (Next Day Funding)
- 12:00 pm PST (Next Day Funding)
- 5:00 pm PST (Next Day Funding)
- 12:00 am PST (2 Business Days)
If close of business is set for 5am, 12pm, or 5pm PST, you will receive your funds the next day. If end of business is set for 11:59pm PST, you will receive your funds two days later. All Other Processors
Once you settle your batches successfully, the system sends the reports to your processor. Poynt team does not have any insight into the transfer/deposit of funds your processor does, but it takes anywhere from 24-48 hours for those funds to be available to you.
If you have not received your deposits yet, contact your processor to confirm how long it will take for the funds to be in your account.
You can also request your processor to set up Next Day Funding, which will give you access to funds within 24 hours. You can find more information on enabling next day funding here.
