Congratulations! Now that you've signed up with Poynt, the next thing thing to do is create an account with our fulfillment partners. This allows you to order terminals for merchants as you onboard them.
Simply create an account with one of our fulfillment partners. Once your account has been created, it's simply a matter of logging in and ordering terminals as needed for your merchants.
We work with two partners: POS Portal and The Phoenix Group (TPG).

You will be asked basic company information to sign up. Once your account is verified, you can then place orders for any merchants you onboard.
There is no minimum number of devices per order; they can be ordered in bulk or on a case by case basis. You should have the merchant's business and preferred processor information on hand when placing the order.
Each partner has their set turn-around time, but both should be able to ship out terminals within 3-5 business days, depending on the volume of units ordered and where they are being shipped. It could be more than 3 business days for a larger order.
Both partners have support teams to answer any queries from order status to RMA process.
