Please follow the following steps to check if a transaction processed after receiving a network connection error:
On the web:
A. Log in to poynt.godaddy.com
B. Click on Transactions on the left tool bar
C. Check and see if the most recent transaction appears
On the terminal:
A. Go to the Terminal App
B. Tap on left menu and select Transactions
C. Swipe down from top to bottom to refresh the Transaction List
D. Check and see if the most recent transaction appears
If no transaction appears, then the connection was likely lost prior to the transaction being successfully processed. You may proceed and re-attempt another transaction.
