Customize the Customer Screen

Reach your customers where they are - making payments at your Poynt Smart Terminal. Harness the power of the customer screen and promote a big sale with your branded images, custom text, and payment icons.

On your Merchant HQ, you have the ability to customize the look of the customer screen on your device.

Step 1: Sign in to Poynt.net and select Store Settings.

Step 2: Select the Device Screens tab. You'll see here options to upload a custom image and add a customer screen message. 

Step 3: Click Upload to choose an image from your computer or the web.

Note: Customer screen image size should be 800 width x 480 height (Images can be either .png or .jpg files.)

Step 4:  Customize the payment types you accept in your store by toggling the cards on/off with update the display banner on the bottom.
