Poynt HQ lets you manage your business where and when you like. View reports, real-time statistics, or set up a new user on Poynt.net.
After placing an order for your Poynt device, you will receive a welcome email that will prompt you to create a Poynt HQ login. Simply click on the link in that Welcome email and create a password.
Once you're in, you'll be able to view your Poynt HQ dashboard. Keep in mind that if your terminal is still on its way, this won't display any relevant data just yet. But feel free to take a look around and get the lay of the land while you wait for your terminal.
Upon visiting your Poynt HQ page, you'll see along the top the ability to view Sales and Reports, Business details, manage your Products, and contact Support.
Sales and Reports
Under the Sales and Reports tab on Poynt HQ, you have the ability to view dashboards, and run reports about your transactions, customers, items sold, and batches settled.
Accounts & Settings
Under the Accounts & Settingss, you have the ability to manage business settings, store settings, and your team using the terminal users and the web users links.
Under the Catalog tab, you have the ability to create and manage Catalogs, products, Fees, Discounts and Taxes. Catalogs created here can be accessed in the Register app on the device. While you can create and manage Catalogs on the terminal as well, the Products Tab offers the unique ability to Bulk Upload products using a CSV file.
