If your Poynt device is damaged, defective and/or does not fulfill your business needs and interests, reach out to your current reseller to get further information about returning process.  

• Poynt Processing: If you have purchased your terminal directly through Poynt, please reach out to Poynt Customer Service at support@poynt.com
• Certified reseller partners: To return a device contact your current reseller; they will be able to cancel/end your account and give you further details on how to return the Poynt device.
