GoDaddy Payments now offers two options to connect to your accounting software and help streamline your accounting and business management needs. Import payments processed with GoDaddy Payments into your QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop account.

How do I access QuickBooks?
Login to the Poynt portal using your GoDaddy Payments credentials. Click on Accounting from the left hand menu to set up and manage the sync.
I tried to set up account sync for QuickBooks Online, but I didn't see any transactions come through.
- Confirm that your QBO credentials are correct and you're logged into the right account
- Try running the sync again

I tried to set up Account Sync for QuickBooks Desktop, but I didn't see any transactions come through.
QB Desktop application is currently only available for Windows. If you are on a Windows machine, and still having issues with setting up the sync,
- Confirm that your QB Desktop credentials are correct and you're logged into the right account
- Re-download the web connector, which will generate a new passcode, and sync again

Is there a fee for the QuickBooks integration?
Both QuickBooks Desktop and Online syncs are included as part of your GoDaddy Payments account. You might see separate charges from QuickBooks for their Desktop and Online products.
