Manage your team's access to both terminals and and Poynt HQ by adding and setting permissions for them.
To add team members, simply log into Poynt.net and click on Users on the bottom left hand side of the navigation bar.
Terminal users will have access to the Poynt terminal, and based on the roles and permissions assigned, will be able to perform tasks such as processing payments, issuing refunds, and editing catalogs.
Web users will have access to Poynt.net and will be able to view all aspects of the business, from viewing sales reports, customizing store setup, and managing terminal and web users.
NOTE: Terminal users will not have access to Poynt.net unless you specifically add them as a web user and vice versa. If a user needs access to both terminal and web, they will have to be created under each category.
