Merchant Updates - June 2018

The following enhancements were released to Poynt merchants in June. Let's dive in.

1. Search Results Enhancements | Wherever you conduct a search on your Poynt device, when you tap an article, the article will appear in a window above your current screen. You also have the ability to select whether the article was Helpful or Not Helpful.

For some articles, a relevant Suggested App link will be provided at the bottom of the article. This will jump directly to the screen where the how-to you just read can be completed.

2. Chargeback Education PDF | When you select the details button next to a transaction on your Merchant HQ, you’ll find a helpful PDF providing you with the information needed to work with your processor in the case of a chargeback.
