To turn these notifications ON, merchants would simply go to their Business Settings page and toggle the Notifications. By default, Reporting Notifications are set to ON.
Merchants who would like to download the Poynt HQ iOS App can go here: poynt.com/hq/ios
Sign-In for the app uses the same login as the merchant’s poynt.net user login. Learn more about the Poynt HQ App by reviewing the training document on the Help Center at: support.poynt.com > Documentation > HQ App.
As a reminder: If the Poynt Smart Terminal is docked and powered on, merchants do not need to take any action as the update will automatically install during the nightly maintenance window. If the device is off during the nightly reboot, when it is powered on, the latest software update will begin to download. After reboot, merchants should allow the update to fully install.
