Merchants are able to void a sale in their Transactions list as long as they have not yet settled that batch.
To do this, go to Transactions and select the transaction you’d like to void. You can then Void the transactions that haven’t already been settled.

Note: If the batch has already been settled, you will not be able to void a transaction through the device or Poynt HQ. You will need to reach out to your processor to have them do it.
The voided amount may take 1 to 3 business days to be released back on a customer's credit/debit account statement.
