The following enhancements were released to Merchants in December 2017:
1. Messaging - Messaging on Merchant HQ allows merchants to engage directly with their customers. During a customer's transaction, they have the ability to select to receive their receipt via Email or Text (SMS). When they receive their receipt, they can respond to engage in conversation with the Merchant. This is now able to be viewed on the Merchant HQ at Poynt.net. Read More
2. Brand your Customer Screen - Merchants can promote sales or events with a custom message on the customer screen like "Check out our Black Friday Sale" on their Merchant HQ. Read More
3. Poynt Store - Merchants can subscribe to receive paper, which is now 28 ft long, buy paper rolls in a one-off order, or shop using Amazon peripheral links on their Merchant HQ under Store.
